Fishing Report Upddate - Sept 11

Well hopefully many of you were able to get in some fishing during the weekend!

On Lake Ontario the fishing for "stagers" aka large mature Salmon continues to be very good. Top areas continue to be Port Dalhousie, Bronte & Port Credit.

The warm stable weather and lack of significant rain have kept good numbers of Salmon piled up in front of these areas anywhere from right out front to about 70 fow and all along the shorelines. Flasher / fly combos continue to produce best, simple and effective. Plugs & body baits are also working very well too. Those casting spoons from shore or boat in the shallows are also doing well!

When wind conditions allow there is also very good action to be had offshore too. Start trolling in 150-200 fow and keep trolling out until you find bait & fish. Regular size spoons will work best. During the day, standard color patterns like green dolphin, NBK, mixed veggies & watermelon are good to start with.

Congratulations to on winning the HRSTA Bronte Classic tournament on the weekend!

Over on Lake Erie the amazing walleye is still hot! Maitland (80-90FOW) & Burwell (60 FOW) are still the best spots.

As long as these warm stable days hold on, the fishing should remain very good! Congratulations to Team Never Enough on winning the Fall Frenzy Walleye Tournament on the weekend out of Nanticoke. Get out if you can! We're always happy to help!

Also stay tuned, we're having a Big Sale later this week. More details coming soon 😉
