First week of December and for both shore & boat anglers, very good fishing is still being had in some places!. The Niagara River & the mouth / Bar continue to produce great fishing. Lots of Brown trout & rainbow Trout (Steelhead) in the river. 3 way rigs with roe bags, beads, yarn (egg flies) & streamers doing very well. Well their certainly was some very good local fishing to be had this past weekend!Its been a very good stretch lately on the Niagara River. Good numbers of Rainbows, Browns, Bass, Walleye and Salmon are in. The Bar at the river mouth has been a great spot. Bucktail jigs, jigging spoons, and swim baits are top producers. Well we're enjoying another nice stretch of early November weather & with that some, some excellent fishing is being had for many species in many locations! For trout, both at the Lower Niagara River & Port Dalhousie, the water is currently flowing "clean" and  anglers are catching lots of Browns currently with some Steelhead being caught.
